Everything a licensing company does, in one system
The homepage explains why you'd want this. This page is the inventory: what you actually get, module by module, with nothing on the list that isn't shipped.
The five that carry the day
Each one has its own page with screenshots and the workflow it replaces.
Lead Management & WhatsApp Intake
Leads from WhatsApp, web, phone, email and social in one queue, auto-assigned to agents who are online, with a live supervisor wallboard.
Read moreLicense Application Workflow
RAKEZ, Ajman Free Zone and ANC workflows with role hand-offs, document collection, supervisor approval, and a client-visible ETA.
Read moreClient Management
A single company profile holding licenses, packages, contacts, documents, payments, service requests and every note ever written.
Read moreFinance & Invoicing
Payments and expenses recorded against any record, an approval queue with bulk actions, branded PDFs, a unified ledger and profit per license.
Read moreClient Mobile App
iOS and Android apps where clients see progress, upload what you asked for, request services and message support.
Read moreFour more that quietly matter
These don't get their own pages yet, but they're live, and we're happy to walk through any of them.
Service Requests
A catalogue of post-license work: employee visas, cancellations, salary certificates, NOCs, bank letters, package upgrades, corporate tax, accounting and legal consultations. Visa requests get their own module with UAE-specific fields, and legal services run a ten-state lifecycle with document checklists.
Partner & Rate Management
A public partner application form with document upload, an auto-generated B2B agreement PDF, per-partner negotiated rate cards you can export, and a partner portal scoped so agencies only ever see their own clients. The B2B prospecting pipeline runs a duplicate-company guard with fuzzy matching and an audit ledger.
Reporting & Management Visibility
Role-specific dashboards for sales, coordinators, operations, finance and admins, plus an executive System Overview with funnels, revenue against expenses, services mix, growth trends and projections. Agent presence analytics show who was online, when and for how long.
Security & Access Control
Nine staff roles plus stackable workflow roles, organisation-level data isolation enforced at the data layer, full audit trails on every application, and fail-closed separation between internal notes and anything a client can see.
Management sees the queue. Finance sees the money. Same data.
Nobody exports a spreadsheet to answer a question. The wallboard and the approval queue read from the same records the operations team is working in.
- Supervisors see queue depth, agent presence and leads about to breach SLA.
- Finance approves payments and expenses in bulk, or blocks the ones priced too low.
- Admins get an executive overview: funnels, revenue against expenses, services mix, trends.
- Everything exports to Excel, CSV or PDF when your accountant asks.
A short, deliberate list
There's no integrations marketplace and no public API. What's here is built in, supported, and working in production today.
- WhatsApp Business through the Xafora API, for lead intake and a chat inbox
- Telegram alerts for lead assignment and finance approvals
- Chatwoot for in-app support chat
- Email delivery over SMTP for invoices, receipts and quotations
- Encrypted cloud file storage on DigitalOcean Spaces
- The Anthropic API, powering the activity finder
Website enquiries can be pushed into the platform's own lead webhook, so your sales team handles enquiries from this site inside the product itself.
Your brand, your domain, your colours
The platform already runs branded instances for several licensing companies. Each one has its own domain, logo and full colour system, with organisation-level data isolation between them.
If you run more than one brand, say a free-zone specialist and a mainland arm, they can be separate instances your staff move between, without either one's clients or documents ever appearing in the other. See how that affects pricing.
One honest note on scope: the workflows are built and maintained by us per free zone, not configured by you in a builder. If your process differs from the standard RAKEZ, AFZ or ANC path, that's a conversation worth having early.
See it running on your own operation
Tell us how your operation runs today and we will show you what changes. Straight answers, in AED, without a drawn-out sales sequence.
