toDubai is software for UAE business-setup and licensing companies. Not a general CRM with a UAE template on top, but a system that assumes AED, UAE business hours, free-zone processes and Emirates ID document types, because that is what the job is made of.
Every licensing company solves the same problem badly
We kept meeting firms running serious operations, forty or sixty or a hundred applications a month, on WhatsApp threads, a shared drive and one spreadsheet that only one person understood.
They were not badly run. They were well run by people holding an enormous amount in their heads, which works right up until someone takes leave or the volume doubles. The generic CRMs on offer understood deals and contacts, but had no concept of a thirteen-step RAKEZ application, a document checklist, a finance approval gating processing, or a client who wants to know when their license will be ready.
So we built the system for that shape of work instead, and kept building it alongside the companies using it every day.
How we work
- We ship what licensing teams ask for, in the order they need it.
- We describe the product as it is. If something is not built, we say so before you sign, not after.
- Workflows are maintained by us, so they stay correct when an authority changes its process.
- Every customer runs their own branded instance, isolated at the data layer.
- The mobile app matters as much as the back office, because retention is where the margin is.

Not a general-purpose CRM
If you want something that adapts to any industry, there are better options. This one has opinions about how a license application should move.
Not a workflow builder
You do not configure processes here. We maintain them per free zone so they stay accurate. That trade is deliberate.
Not a payments company
No gateway, no checkout. We record, approve and report on money. Collecting it stays your relationship with your bank.
